§ 156.209 PRECONSTRUCTION AND CONSTRUCTION INSPECTIONS.
   (A)   Preconstruction. Prior to beginning any work within the subdivision, the person or persons designated in the subdivision improvement agreement to be responsible for the installation of improvements shall meet on the site with representatives of the county, as specified in the agreement.
   (B)   Construction. The county representative designated in the subdivision improvement agreement shall inspect and require that the installation of all improvements take place in accordance with plans approved by the Commission. The county representatives shall have authority as specified in the subdivision improvement agreement over the schedule of construction, materials used, methods of construction and workmanship to ensure compliance with the approved plans and the terms of the agreement.
