All plats or drawings must contain all applicable certificates and notations included in this chapter in substantially the same form indicated. Deviations in form or wording may be permitted by the Department, provided that the certificate or notation fulfills its intended purpose. Additional certificates and/or notations may be required by the official designated to sign the final plat where special circumstances warrant the additions. Using the templates as a guide, in all cases, the appropriate number of signature lines for each certificate shall be provided. Each of the certificates shall be included on all subdivisions unless otherwise noted.
