§ 156.139 CONSTRUCTION SIGNS AND BARRICADES.
   Construction signs and barricades shall be adequate to protect the area under construction, workers and the traveling public. The applicant shall be responsible for maintaining the signs and barricades to the satisfaction of the County Engineer.
