Unless otherwise stated, all materials and construction procedures and design details shall be in accordance with the most recent editions of the Standard Specifications, the Indiana Department of Transportation Standards, Road Design Manual, Bridge Design Manual and A Policy on Geometric Design of Highways and Streets, published by the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials. Any other procedure or equipment which is found by the County Engineer to produce an acceptable end product may be substituted.
