(A) Public sewer service. If the subdivision can be served by a public or community sewer system, the applicant shall install sanitary sewer facilities to the specifications of the utility which will serve the subdivision and/or all applicable regulations, including Recommended Standards for Sewage Works, published by the Health Education Service, Inc., Albany, New York.
(B) Future sewage service. If the subdivided area is planned or scheduled to be served by a public or community sanitary sewer system in the future, the Commission may require the applicant to provide facilities for future connection, including, but not limited to, pumping stations, capped mains and laterals, for each lot in the subdivision.
