When sidewalks are required (see § 156.093), they shall be constructed of portland cement concrete at least four inches thick and four feet wide. A grassed or landscaped strip at least two feet wide shall separate all sidewalks from adjacent curbs. Ramps for access by disabled persons shall be provided at all corners and at other locations as the Commission deems appropriate for adequate access.
