§ 32.01 ESTABLISHMENT.
   (A)   The seven-member County Council duly elected pursuant to applicable state law shall be the fiscal body of the county.
   (B)   The term of office for each Council member shall be four years, beginning January 1 after his or her election and continuing until his or her successor is elected and qualified.
