§ 156.077 REQUIRED SUBMISSION MATERIALS.

(A) Applicants for approval of a subdivision under this subchapter shall submit all materials specified in this chapter for the appropriate classification of subdivision.

(B) The subdivisions are required to meet the design and improvement standards for commercial, industrial and multi-family subdivisions as specified in §§ 156.090 through 156.099 and 156.110 through 156.118.
