(A) Commercial, industrial and multi-family subdivisions are recognized as having a different character and different requirements from those established for residential neighborhoods.
(B) Any land zoned or intended to be used for commercial, industrial or multi-family purposes shall be subject to the requirements of this subchapter, as well as all other applicable provisions of this chapter.
