§ 156.038 SECONDARY APPROVAL.
   (A)   General. After all conditions of primary approval have been met, the applicant may request secondary approval.
   (B)   Required submission materials. All requests for secondary approval shall be accompanied by the materials listed in this section.
      (1)   Final plat. An original drawing (which may be the same drawing submitted as the preliminary plat) prepared in accordance with the standards set forth in §§ 156.175 through 156.178 and two copies showing all information required in § 156.037(B) as approved by the Commission.
      (2)   Supporting material. Documentation sufficient to show that all conditions of approval by the Commission have been met.
   (C)   Length of approval. Secondary approval of a minor subdivision shall be valid for a period of one year from the date of the approval. If the subdivision is not recorded before the expiration of one year, it shall become null and void.
