(A) Regular meetings of the Board of Commissioners shall be held on Monday of each week commencing at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time unless a holiday then Tuesday at 10:00 a.m.
(B) The Board of Commissioners shall meet in the Commissioners’ Chambers, Governmental Office Building, 440 Third Street, Columbus, Indiana 47201.
(C) Special meetings of the Board of Commissioners shall be called pursuant to the applicable state law.
