All land subdivided or platted under the terms of this chapter shall comply with the minimum standards prescribed in the Zoning Ordinance of current adoption. The Commission shall not have the authority to approve any subdivision which does not comply with the chapter. For subdivisions of land within the zoning jurisdiction of another unit of government, the zoning laws of the unit having the jurisdiction shall apply.
