This chapter is adopted pursuant to I.C. 36-7-4-700, Subdivision Control, and any amendments thereto. In accordance with the provisions of the statute, the County Plan Commission (hereinafter called “Commission”) has exclusive control over the approval of plats and replats involving unincorporated land within the county.
