§ 150.49 RIGHT OF APPEAL TO THE DEPARTMENT OF FIRE AND BUILDING SERVICES.

All persons shall have the right to appeal any Department interpretation of the applicability of the terms of § 150.06(A)(1) to the Department of Fire and Building Services, in accordance with the provisions of I.C. 22-13-2-7 and I.C. 4-21.5-3-7.
