§ 150.44 CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
   No certificate of occupancy for any construction, building or structure, or premises upon which construction is to be accomplished after the adoption of this chapter, shall be issued unless construction activity is in compliance with the provisions of this chapter.
