§ 150.20 RESIDENTIAL STRUCTURES.
   (A)   One- and two-family dwellings. Minimum fee is $100, plus $0.07 per square foot of gross floor area including attached garage or carport and the area of the basement (this fee includes all required permits).
   (B)   Additions and/or remodeling. Minimum fee is $50, plus $0.07 per square foot of gross floor area.
   (C)   Manufactured homes. Minimum fee is $50, plus $0.07 per square foot of gross floor area including attached garage or carport and the area of the basement.
   (D)   Decks and patios. Minimum fee is $30, plus $0.05 per square foot of gross floor area.
   (E)   Accessory structures to residential dwellings. Minimum fee is $50, plus $0.05 per square foot of gross floor area.
   (F)   Swimming pools. Includes in ground or above ground swimming pools, including fence-two inspections. Minimum fee is $60.
   (G)   Demolition permit. Minimum fee is $30.
   (H)   Relocation permit. Minimum fee is $100, plus $0.07 per square foot of gross floor area.
   (I)   Electrical permits only. Minimum fee is $30 for first inspection, plus $30 for each additional inspection.
   (J)   Plumbing permit only. Minimum fee is $30 for first inspection, plus $30 for each additional inspection.
   (K)   Heating permit only. Minimum fee is $30 for first inspection, plus $30 for each additional inspection.
   (L)   Ventilation permit only. Minimum fee is $30 for first inspection, plus $30 for each additional inspection.
   (M)   Air conditioning permit only. Minimum fee is $30 for first inspection, plus $30 for each additional inspection.
   (N)   Heating and air conditioning, combination permit. Minimum fee is $30 for first inspection, plus $30 for each additional inspection.
   (O)   Sprinkler permit only. Minimum fee is $30 for first inspection, plus $30 for each additional inspection.
   (P)   Reinspection fee. Minimum fee is $30 per inspection.
   (Q)   Roof/siding permit. Minimum fee is $30.
   (R)   Permit renewal for one year (original permit good for two years. Minimum fee shall be 50% of the original fee.
   (S)   Mobile home permit fee. The County Treasurer is authorized to collect a fee, which shall be in the nature of a service charge, in the amount of $10 for each permit issued pursuant to I.C. 6-1.1-7-10.
