§ 150.05 DEFINITIONS.

   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

   ASSISTANT CODE ENFORCEMENT OFFICER. The Code Enforcement Officer, other than the Chief Code Enforcement Officer, employed by the Department.

   BUILDING INSPECTOR and LOCAL BUILDING OFFICIAL. The Chief Code Enforcement Officer of the county.

   DEPARTMENT. The Department of Code Enforcement of the county.

   ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITY.

      (1)   The Chief Code Enforcement Officer of the county.

      (2)   The Chief Code Enforcement Officer is the Chief Administrative Officer of the Office of the Department of Code Enforcement of the county.
