§ 111.08 PETITION FOR CHANGE IN STATUS.
   Any franchisee may petition for a change in status in accordance with Title 47 of the Code of Federal Regulations and the Telecommunications Commission shall consider that petition in accordance with Title 47 of the Code of Federal Regulations. The petition and five copies must be filed with the Telecommunications Commission.
