§ 110.04 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS.
   All food service establishments and food markets shall comply with the minimum requirements specified by the State Department of Health as now provided in 410 I.A.C. 7-15.1 and 410 I.A.C. 7-16-1-1 or as the same may be hereafter changed or amended. The regulations and any changes and amendments thereto which may be hereafter adopted or promulgated are by reference incorporated herein and made a part hereof, two copies of which are on file in the office of the Auditor of the county for public inspection.
