§ 99.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   (1)   Any person who violates any provision of §§ 99.15 through 99.23 shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine of not less than $1, nor more than $500. If any violation be continuing, each day's violation shall be deemed a separate violation, unless otherwise provided by law.
      (2)   In addition to the fines set forth herein, any person who violates the provisions of § 99.19 shall make full restitution for any damage or injury to property as a result of the violation including, but not limited to, the value of any property which has been destroyed and the cost of repairing any damage to property.
