§ 99.37 HEFLEN MEMORIAL PARK.
   (A)   Carl and Laura Heflen donated to the county 27 acres in 1970 in memory of William Heflen. An additional eight and one-half acres were purchased in 1983, bringing the total acres to 35-1/2. This park is located west of the Taylorsville exit of I-65.
   (B)   Heflen Memorial Park, nestled in a wooded area and flanked by the Driftwood River, opens on Memorial Day weekend and closes in mid-October each year.
