(A) The proposed design by Catherine Burns of Bartholomew County to be used for the Official Seal of Bartholomew County, a copy of which is made a part of this resolution, is accepted and approved.
(B) The Board of Commissioners adopts the design for the Official Seal of Bartholomew County and proclaims that, from and after this date, the Official Seal of Bartholomew County shall be as indicated in this resolution.
(C) The Official Seal of Bartholomew County is depicted on the certification page of this code.
(D) The County Auditor shall be the custodian of the county's Seal and affix it to documents and instruments, as required.
