For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
ENFORCEMENT OFFICER. Any officer or agent of the County Department of Technical Code Enforcement.
INOPERABLE VEHICLE. A motor vehicle from which there has been removed the engine, transmission or differential, or that is otherwise partially dismantled or mechanically inoperable.
UNLICENSED VEHICLE. A vehicle which does not have a current valid license plate.
VEHICLE. Any land vehicles which can be used for towing or transporting people or materials, including, but not limited to, automobiles, trucks, buses, motor homes, motorized campers, motorcycles, trailers or dune-buggies.
