§ 10.17 CODES PROPERTY OF COUNTY.

All copies of the county code, except those sold by the county to private individuals or given or sold to public libraries, shall be the property of the county. Any copies delivered to elected or appointed officials shall not be retained by the individuals after the expiration of their term(s) of office or appointment.
