§ 96.02 EFFECT OF DECLARATION.
   Upon the declaration of a local disaster emergency, the Board of Commissioners of the county and its Chairperson shall exercise all powers and authority granted to a local political subdivision and its principal executive officer under the provisions of I.C. 10-14-3.
