(A) Wherever necessary in this chapter and the context requires, the singular and the related pronoun shall include the plural and vice versa. Wherever necessary in this chapter and the context requires, a masculine pronoun shall include the feminine or neuter gender and vice versa.
(B) Wherever necessary in this chapter and the context requires the term person shall include firm, business, partnership, corporation or individual.
