§ 95.12 RESERVATION OF RIGHTS.

The Alarm Board reserves the right, at any time, to discontinue the service of providing monitoring of any and all alarm systems after 90 days' written notice to the alarm holder. The Alarm Board is under no obligation to supply this special type of service described in this chapter to any person, firm or corporation.
