§ 94.08 CUTTING AND REMOVAL BY COUNTY.

If the landowner has been notified under the provisions of §§ 94.06 and 94.07, but has failed to comply with the requirements of this chapter within the time specified, the Board of Commissioners may cause the weeds or other rank vegetation to be cut and removed.
