(A)
Any person found to be interfering with the duties of the executive officer of the County Health Department shall be guilty of an infraction. On conviction, the violator shall be punished for the first offense by a fine of not more than $500; for the second and each subsequent offense, by a fine of not more than $1,500. Each day after the expiration of the time limit for abating the unsanitary conditions and completing the improvements to abate such conditions as ordered by the County Health Department shall constitute a distinct and separate offense.
