For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
PERSON. Any individual, partnership, firm, company, corporation, association, joint stock company, trust, estate, municipal corporation, city, school city, town, school town, school district, school corporation, county, any consolidated unit of government, political subdivision or any other legal entity.
PEST. Any arthropod, vertebrate or microorganisms of health significance to humans.
VECTOR. Any arthropod or feral animal responsible for the transmission of pathogens from a host to another animal or human.
