Fire drills shall be held at least once a month in all buildings used for educational purposes (as defined in the Code) where the use constitutes the major use of the building. A complete record of all fire drills shall be kept and persons in charge of buildings used for educational purposes shall file a written report at least quarterly with the Fire Prevention Bureau, giving the time and date of each drill held. These fire drills shall be conducted in the presence of the Fire Inspector at least once during each school year.
