When the Code Enforcement Officer or the Fire Inspector shall find any building or premises to be in a dangerous or hazardous condition, and in violation of any applicable federal or state law, or any rule or regulation issued pursuant thereto, or county law, then, in the event, a written order shall be issued and sent to the alleged violator and a copy thereof sent to the area fire chief in whose territory the dangerous or hazardous condition exists, to correct the dangerous or hazardous condition or to remove the dangerous or hazardous materials in any manner (complying with state and federal laws) specified by the Fire Prevention Bureau or area fire department.
