§ 91.17 INSPECTIONS OF BUILDINGS AND PREMISES.
   (A)   The Code Enforcement Officer or the Fire Inspector shall inspect all buildings, premises and public thoroughfares, except the interiors of private dwellings (as defined in the code), for the purposes of ascertaining and causing to be corrected any conditions liable to cause fire or any violation of any statute or ordinance relating to the fire hazard or to the prevention of fires.
   (B)   This inspection shall be made periodically in all of the territory served by the Fire Prevention Bureau, as the Board of County Commissioners may direct. Written reports of the inspections shall be made by the Fire Inspector and kept on file in the office of the Code Enforcement Officer. A report of each inspection shall be submitted to the State Fire Marshal and to the area fire chief having jurisdiction of the territory in which the inspection is made. The reports shall contain the following information concerning the inspections:
      (1)   The total number of inspections made;
      (2)   The total number of defects found and classified as required by the Fire Marshal;
      (3)   The total number of orders issued for the correction of each class of defects; and
      (4)   The total number of the orders complied with.
