§ 91.16 DEFINITIONS.

   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

   BUILDING OFFICIAL. The Chief Code Enforcement Officer of the Department of Technical Code Enforcement.

   CODE or UNIFORM BUILDING CODE. The State Building Code adopted by the State Fire Prevention and Building Safety Commission and all codes amendatory thereof or supplemental thereto.

   MUNICIPALITY. Unincorporated areas of the county and incorporated towns within the county, when authorized by the town boards of the respective incorporated towns.
