§ 91.02 DEFINITION.

As used in this subchapter, SMOKING means the carrying or holding of a lighted cigarette, cigar, pipe or any other lighted smoking equipment or the inhalation or exhalation of smoke from any lighted cigarette, cigar, pipe or any other lighted smoking equipment.
