SCHEDULE IV. OAKCREST SUBDIVISION.
   (A)   One-way street designations. Every driver of a vehicle on the portions of the streets described below shall proceed only in the direction shown on the drawing on file in the County Highway Engineer’s office.

   (B)   Stop intersection designated. Every driver of a vehicle shall stop at all entrances to the intersection described below.

   (C)   Times when regulations in effect. The one-way street and three-way stop designations set forth in this schedule shall be effective only during the hours from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

   (D)   Signage. The County Highway Superintendent is authorized and directed to cause appropriate traffic signs and stop signs to applicable standards to be erected and installed on the streets and roads described herein during the hours and on the date described in division (C) above.
