Any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. On conviction, the violator shall be punished for the first offense by a fine of not more than $500; for the second and each subsequent offense by a fine of not more than $1,500. Each day after the expiration of the time limit for abating unsanitary conditions and completing improvements to abate such conditions as ordered by the county, Board of Health or by the duly appointed Health Officer, shall constitute a distinct and separate offense.
