§ 52.04 SEWER CONNECTION.
   (A)   When there is a septic system malfunction and the property is within 200 feet of a public sewer, no repairs of the system may be made and the property must connect to the sewer.
   (B)   Where public sewer is available to an undeveloped lot, the sewer must be connected to it when the lot is developed. If the lot is developed prior to the availability of a sewer, the sewer must be connected to the lot when the sewer becomes available. The County Environmental Health Division, with approval from the State Department of Health, may approve a temporary holding tank for not more than one year.
