§ 51.091 AMOUNTS OF BONDS.

(A) For any bond required herein, it shall be the responsibility of the County Commissioners to determine and establish the amount and terms of the bond.

(B) The bond shall be a minimum bond to cover the estimated cost for the operation of any disposal facility for a period of one year.
