§ 51.076 ROLE OF COUNTY ATTORNEY OR PROSECUTING ATTORNEY.

It shall be the duty of the County Prosecuting Attorney or the County Attorney, to whom the County Health Officer and designated Plan Commission representative shall report any violations of the provisions of this chapter, to cause proceedings to be commenced against the person violating the provisions of this chapter and to prosecute to final termination.
