§ 51.045 ROLES OF HEALTH OFFICER AND PLAN COMMISSION.
   The issuance of any permit to a person for the operation of a proposed garbage and rubbish disposal site shall be subject to approval of the Health Officer, and designated Plan Commission representative, who shall inspect the proposed site prior to the issuance of a permit.
