§ 51.032 INSPECTION REPORTS.
   (A)   One copy of the Health Officer's and designated Plan Commission representative's inspection report, on which violations of any item of sanitation pertinent to the provisions of this subchapter shall be enscribed, shall be delivered to the licensee by the Health Officer and designated Plan Commission representative. Another copy of the aformentioned inspection report shall be filed by the Health Officer and designated Plan Commission representative with the records of the County Health Department and County Plan Commission.
   (B)   The person operating the public disposal site shall, upon request of the Health Officer and designated Plan Commission representative, permit access to all parts of the grounds by the Health Officer, and designated Plan Commission representative, and shall permit him or her to copy any and all records pertaining to the source of garbage and rubbish transported thereto for public disposal.
