§ 51.018 PLANS REQUIRED.

Before a permit is issued by the Health Officer and designated Plan Commission representative for any new disposal site, detailed plans and specifications and necessary reports bearing signatures of approval of various Plan Commission agencies must be submitted to the Health Officer and designated Plan Commission representative by a registered professional engineer.
