The Commissioners shall permit the employees of the County Solid Waste Management District to be covered by group health insurance as a part of the County Employee Benefit Trust upon the following conditions:
(A) The District will make payments into the Trust in accordance with the plan Administrator's determination; and
(B) The Solid Waste Management District comply with the summary plan description for the County Employee-Benefit Trust.
