§ 36.03 AUTHORITY TO GRANT LICENSES, PERMITS.

   The Board of Commissioners may grant licenses, permits or franchises for the use of county property if they:

   (A)   Are not exclusive;

   (B)   Are of a definite duration; and

   (C)   Are assignable only with the consent of the executive.
