A. Filling Vacancies: Vacancies in the Board of Directors, occasioned by removals, resignations or otherwise, shall be reported to the City Council and filled in like manner as original appointments.
B. Compensation: No Director shall receive compensation as such, but shall be reimbursed for actual and necessary expenses incurred in the performance of their duties from library funds. (1944 Code § 300; 1997 Code)
