10-3-13: TEMPORARY BUILDINGS:
"Temporary buildings" shall be defined as any structure which is not permanently fixed to the ground. The provisions of this chapter shall apply to all buildings regardless of whether the building is a temporary or permanent structure. Further, all buildings both permanent and temporary shall be in compliance with section 10-6-1 of this title.
Plans for temporary buildings and a plat therefor must be submitted and approved by the city public works director and/or city administrator. The plan for temporary buildings must accurately describe the materials to be used for the construction of the temporary building. In the event that either the plans or the materials are deemed inadequate for health, safety or aesthetic reasons, the city public works director and/or the city administrator may reject the plans and material specifications and require a revision or resubmission of plans and material prior to the issuance of a permit.
