9-3-10: MAINTENANCE OF FENCES:
It shall be the duty of the owner and/or occupant of any property with fencing to maintain that fencing. In the event that any fencing becomes damaged or neglected to the extent that it poses a risk to public health, provisions of this Code related to nuisances shall apply.
