No fence shall be erected, maintained, planted or allowed to grow within the right-of-way of any street or alley within the City. In the event that any fence impedes or interferes with access to a public right-of-way, the City may, without further notice, take remedial action to remove that portion of the fence which may impede access to the public right-of-way. In the event that the City removes a portion of fencing, the City's cost associated with removing the offending portion of the fence shall be assessed to the property owner. (Ord. 2008-14, 10-6-2008)
