8-1-5: WATER MAIN TAP CONSTRUCTION CHARGE:
The tap to the water main shall be constructed by the City for a fee pursuant to the "schedule of charges" set by the Water and Sewer Committee. (Ord. 78-11, 3-6-1978; 1997 Code)
